Questions from pros

What do I need before I can unlock leads?

Accept the Pro Agreement, then upload a certificate of insurance showing at least $1,000,000 general liability per occurrence. Roofing, plumbing, HVAC and electrical pros need it approved before their first unlock. Other trades have 14 days.

How much does a lead cost?

Each service has a base lead price. It goes up a little for urgent jobs and larger budgets, and down for small jobs. You always see the exact price before you unlock.

Do I get anything free to start?

New pros receive a one-time welcome credit when they complete their profile.

What if a lead is full?

Once the maximum number of pros have unlocked a lead it closes to new unlocks, and you are never charged for a lead you could not unlock.

Can I get a refund?

If something is wrong with a lead, contact us and we will review it.
